Now I’m going to talk about my food excesses. First of all, my breakfast is not so big. For this I usually have some eggs, or a toast with strawberry jam and sometimes I eat some porridge when I have enough time to cook it. I drink too much coffee for breakfast. Lunch is the most important meal for me. I always have soup, some meat or fish with vegetables. I never eat any seafood because I don’t like it.  But I always eat too much meat especially beef. don’t eat much food for dinner. I prefer some vegetables and desserts. I know it’s not good to eat too much sweet but a piece of cake of a tasty chocolate after a hard working day can make my life happier. To sum up,  I would like to say that I prefer eating healthy food with lots of meat, vegetables and fruit.
